Visited One8 Commune recently and the overall experience was good. They took us time to get us the right seat and also shifted us to another table on request. There were some 6-7 tables reserved but then went empty for the duration we were there. The ambience is good, there was a live DJ performing. For food, we ordered angara paneer pizza, prawn sushi, assorted dimsum box and for drinks it was a cosmopolitan for my partner. The pizza was average, prawn sushi tasted good but a bit dry, but the dimsums were amazing - veg gyoza, chicken gyoza and prawn dimsums…too good. Not a must visit but could try out with a large group of friends or your partner.

Food was decent. Giving it 2 stars because of QR menu which wasn’t east for the elders to see on their phone + the idea was to keep phones away. Spend crores on interiors but cant print the menus.

Visited One8 Commune for lunch expecting a pleasant afternoon, but the experience was extremely disappointing. We were a group of three people looking forward to a good time, but the behaviour of the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Even though a virgin mojito was not on the menu, the staff assured us that they could prepare one since their bartenders knew how to make it. However, what was served was honestly pathetic — it tasted like plain lime water overloaded with sugar, especially shocking for a drink priced around ₹500. When we politely informed the staff that the drink was not good, the response was extremely arrogant and dismissive. We were bluntly told, “It’s made like this only,” with absolutely no attempt to address the issue or accommodate the customer. For a place that positions itself as a premium dining destination, both the quality of the drinks and the attitude of the staff were far below acceptable standards. Hospitality is not just about ambience — it is about customer service and basic courtesy, both of which were seriously lacking here. Overall, it turned what should have been a nice lunch outing into a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not a place we would recommend.

Very mediocre food. Terrible music selection. Very loud music that prevented any conversation. Apparently they were servicing some private party and inconveniencing the rest of the customers.
