Went there with a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). I must say the ambience and decor are good. But to me, the place had a basic flaw and to be fair, it could just be my viewpoint. This is a restaurant but with a DJ playing loud music, it created a confusion of being a club. The music was undoubtedly good but while having food I wanted to chit chat with my fellow visitors instead of listening to a very high volume club music. On the food part, the snacks were good but Veg Hot Bowl had overcooked vegetables. The baked paneer in the main course was average. All in all the food was average. If you want to go to a place where you would like to have your food, listen to loud music without being able to speak with anyone then you may try this place. I will avoid it for sure.

I had a disappointing experience at One8 Commune. The pizza was very poor in taste, and the service was unsatisfactory as we had to ask twice for water. I honestly expected much better from a restaurant of this reputation. Could you please let me know if I’m eligible for a refund or partial refund for this experience?
