Recently I visited to this place n it was amazing experience while dining specifically the server Manish Jamwal name guy who recommended good things to eat like we ate mezze platter , cheese katafi and specially charcoal roasted Mushroom which I really liked it , surely I will come to visit again and I will recommend to my friends for whom who made my day. Thanks Mr Jamwal n Team Ophelia

Great Ambience it’s the place will must try the food was excellent. Staff was friendly and nice as recommend. Their shushi and Guacamole and tortilla chips dalicese and the cocktails was top of the class again visit it’s a great full time

Lovliest experience at the Ophelia , the best DJ , solely stayed for the music and excellent service by Ajay. Absolutely amazing ambience and vibe created. Ajay was excellent and didn’t give us any reason to complaint. Just perfect.

Had a really nice experience here! The ambience was lovely and I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Maneesh Jamwal, who was super sweet!

Yesterday I visited the outlet and enjoyed ind vs pak match with good food and good vibe 🎉 service was up to the mark and service staff very friendly as well. I will surely visit again.

Absolutely loved this place! ✨ @opheliadelhi The beautiful open seating makes it a perfect winter spot—sitting in the sun while enjoying great food is just magical. The vibe is relaxed, warm, and so inviting. Service was quick and attentive. We even asked for our food to be reheated, and it was promptly brought back with fresh, beautiful plating, which really shows their attention to detail. The blueberry & pomegranate mocktail was super refreshing—perfect for sipping while soaking in the winter sun 🍹 Food-wise, everything was spot on! The veg platter, prawns, and Adani kebab were absolutely delicious—flavorful, well-cooked, and satisfying. And the desserts… wow! 😍 The chocolate mushroom looked stunning and tasted just as good, but the real showstopper was the pull-up tiramisu, loaded with chocolate—literally melted in the mouth. reserved and went here with my friends for a brunch. we were made to move twice and midway they started preparing for a party so a lot of commotion, moving furniture, blasting loud noise from some cleaning machines and when asked , all the manager had to say was, there's a private party and we didn't know you'd be here this long. that was a couple hours after we sat down so they don't expect people to sit for a couple hours. and as usual their response to screwing our day, lunch, experience was a measly discount. also the place looks very run down ...dirty , stained couches . absolutely avoidable!!

I’ve been to Ophelia 3 times and all three times the wait staff and the service has been just terrible. This time around I was heckled by a waiter to tip him, which I don’t mind and would’ve done anyway, but to be asked when you’re in the midst of dining kinda puts it off. And on top of that when I tipped him, he was unhappy with the amount and said “yeh toh aap he rakhlo Nahi chahiye” Would not be again for sure.

Their manager KIRTI is very rude. We had booked a table for 5 people and one friend joined us in late. So he disagreed to give us an extra chair. Highly unprofessional and very rude behaviour from their staff. Need to improve very much
