Our experience at Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar was spectacular and much beyond our expectations. It was the birthday party on 5 September 2018 at ORO Bar, Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar that I had organized. We booked a tailor-made package for 20 guests. In past we have attended many events and parties at Radisson Blu but this experience @ ORO BAR was mind blowing. For many guest this was their first visit to OROThe Bar and it’s just not me but each and every 20 guests enjoyed heavenly this birthday party and want to be back here again with friends and family as everyone enjoyed the party a lot which was very well designed and structured by the team at ORO Bar, Radisson Blu. As you take a step inside ORO Bar you will experience a well maintained, clean, shining and marvelous ambience with each item of decoration beautifully placed. The music system is very smoothing with tons of song choices. Every guest enjoyed dancing on the wooden floor. The staff at ORO Bar is extremely polite, courteous and prompt in services. In this party we had both Non-Vegetarian and Vegetarian guests with some enjoying liquor and others being teetotaler. The choice of starter served to us was Lasooni Chicken Tikka, Fish Orly, Paneer Tikka, Vegetable Salt and Pepper and Vegetable Seekh Kebab. Each of these starters was flabbergasted with the variety of both Vegetarian & Non- Vegetarian freshly cooked extremely delicious lip-smacking hot starters (snacks) served to us complimented with variety of Flashy Mocktails and liquor served to us. Refilling was prompt and everyone had to their heart content. The quality of snacks was fantastic and quantity was adequate. In main course we had Chicken Tikka Masala, Grilled Fish in Lemon Butter Sauce, Paneer Tikka Masala, Mix Vegetable and Dal Makhani along with Rice and assorted breads. The dessert of Gulab Jamun, Phirni and Assorted Pastry were the pearls in the entire meal course. I was full but could not resist having two servings of these stupefying deserts. During the entire party all guests were served according to their choices of food making each guest feel special. I am fascinated by the immense efforts put in by the team of ORO Bar, to manage this show. Mr. Ravi Godara Assistant Manager, ORA Bar is a wonderful person with a great smile and takes care of his professional responsibilities extremely well. He monitored and controlled each activity of our party very expertly. He made sure each guest is contentedly enjoying the party and asked each of them if they need anything more which was very kind of him to do so. All guests enjoyed Ravi’s hospitality and are extremely happy with his service @ ORA Bar. Thanks Ravi to make this a memorable event and a big applause to you from all of us. My feedback cannot complete without mentioning about Mr. Anukam Tiwary, Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverages, Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar. Whenever I called him he promptly came within 2 -3 minutes. Every 20 to 30 minutes I could see him make rounds at our party venue to check the food quality being served to the guest and taking their feedback. He also checked with his staff members if everything was going good. He took special care in making sure the food being served was hot on clean and hygienic cutlery. His style of hospitality is marvelous and knows his profession exceptionally well. Thanks Mr. Anukam Tiwary for valuable contribution to make this party a great success. Here I would also like to make a special mention of Mr. Puneet Chaudhary who guided us from the start till the end to make this birthday party a great success. He was always available for any discussions regarding this party. I appreciate his valuable time and precious advice with his experience without which we could not have had a grand party. He is a great person with positive attitude, enormous ideas and quick response which I liked a lot. Thank you Mr. Chaudhary for your timely help and support. I travel regularly for work and was recently visiting Delhi for the same reason. After work I thought I’ll visit this place as it was the closest to me. I was amazed by the hospitality of the staff. I believe the name of the person I am looking for is Mr. Ravi, the manager and Mr. Yogesh, the server. All my requirements were taken care of however minute they were. I loved having a conversation about wine with Mr. Ravi. I mostly prefer red wines over white but that particular day wasn’t feeling like red wine due to the hot weather. Mr. Ravi had a detailed conversation with me to understand my palate and suggested me a white that suited my palate. And I loved it! Loved the food, loved the service! I know where to to go to now every time I visit Delhi.

We stumbled upon ORO bar by accident and were pleasently surprised by our experience. The place, in my opinion, was the perfect middle ground between a hustling bustling bar and a quiet get away. The staff was too kind and offered to get food from any of their outlets served in the bar. The Manager, Mr. Ravi was very warm, hospitable and accommodated our off-menu request without breaking a sweat. The food quality was stellar and the drink's selection was nothing short of exhaustive. Mr. Ravi was extremely professional and impressed us with his wine and spirit's knowledge. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I applaud him and his team for their smart & emotional hospitality. I'm looking forward to my next visit. - A hard to impress NRI.

Astha and Yogesh gave our group friendly and efficient service every evening of our stay. We will have great memories of our time together here with family and friends.

The mocktails by Abhishek, here, were absolutely fantastic. The concoction he created was a treat for the senses. The starters were good too.

Good bar with happy hours till 8pm. Tastefully furnished with good ambience. Nice place to sit with efficient service. Food too was okay. They have installed special screen for IPL too.
