So, today around 9:50 pm I went to their outlet in shoprix mall and ordered a black forest pastry. I was checking out what else they had but the person at the counter was busy over call and ignored my questions till I had to ask if he is interested in taking the order or should I leave. He was like ap decide karke batao. I took the black forest pastry and went out to sit. it was stale,with the cream sour and base hard, as if kept for days. I went back to complain and the man in his grumpy tone says it has blue berry filling... and when I said what's that doing in a black forest cake...he rudely said apko kya chahiye....I had no intention to exchange or for a refund so I raising my voice said it's unethical to play with people health by feeding them such quality food and walked out. They were neither sorry nor realised the intensity of the incident. if you run a food stall then ur improper quality and stale food affects the gut health of the consumers, can lead to food poisoning and serious health issues. People go to malls to eat better quality food, willing to pay much more than outside but to that you feed them something which can get them hospitalized. This is unacceptable and should be penalized. Actions should be taken to ensure quality checks at food outlets.
