Had an absolutely wonderful dine-in experience at Ottimo! The ambience was elegant, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxed outing. The food quality was outstanding — every dish was beautifully presented and full of rich flavors. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout the visit. Service was quick, hygiene was top-notch, and the overall hospitality exceeded expectations. A perfect place for family dinners, date nights, or special occasions. Definitely looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended!

The food was phenomenal The service was top notch, everyone there was very polite and accommodating to our special requests. They even presented us with a beautiful cake for our special occasion. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family ; if you're someone reading this and planning on going for a good time, I highly recommend you to go and enjoy this experience

Had an amazing experience at Ottimo! The food, as always, was outstanding and never disappoints. A special mention to our server, Mukesh, for his warm and attentive service, and to Manager Ajay for ensuring everything was perfect. Their hospitality truly made our evening special. Great food, great staff, and a wonderful overall experience. Looking forward to visiting again!

Unfortunately, we got stuck on a night where there was no a la carte menu, only a buffet. The music was extremely loud, not at all the experience one looks for in 5-star dining. Everything took really long, possibly because it was a busy night- so that by the time we got our drinks, we were almost done with desserts. The buffet is not worth the money spent on it. The food isn't bad per se, it just isn't good enough to justify the high cost of the buffet. By comparison the food quality and cost of The Pavillion are much better. Having dined before at Bukhara and Pavillion, we assumed the food and service at Ottimo would be comparable, but it really wasn't. One of the lowest points of our stay at the ITC.

We went on a Saturday night, which probably explains the waiting. There was only a buffet service with no a la carte option, which was odd for a premier restaurant. The buffet was also quite generic, with out of place dishes like hummus and labneh. The pizza was bland and soggy. Only saving grace was the pasta and the dessert. Disappointed.

The view and the service were nice, but the taste of the food was absolutely bland. We tried the Bruschetta Ottima and Tutta Verdure pizza, both were bland.

Food not worth it at all. Worst service, doesn’t feel like 5 star at all.
