If you are looking for an authentic Awadhi dining experience, Oudh 1590 CR Park in Chittaranjan Park is an absolute gem. The culinary execution here truly captures the rich, royal heritage of Lucknow. The melt-in-your-mouth mutton galouti kebabs paired with perfectly layered Lucknowi parathas are outstanding, packed with subtle aromatic spices that never feel overwhelming. The chicken kalia and biryanis are equally impressive, showcasing deeply flavorful, rich gravies that make every dish memorable. Beyond the exceptional food, the overall experience is elevated by warm, attentive hospitality and a beautifully themed ambience. The staff is polite, professional, and prompt, offering excellent menu recommendations that make you feel genuinely well looked after throughout the meal. Whether you are dining out with family or planning a special evening, the combination of delicious cuisine and seamless service makes this place thoroughly deserving of a return visit.

The foos was good and sufficient enough. Only the concern was for the tiny washroom where the wash basin was.

The ambience, experience, was nice. But the mutton rogan josh was a slight let down, too, bony.

nice ambience, and good food. But the portion size is less and some items served do not match their description.

Disappointing Experience at Oudh 1590 We were told the waiting time would be 10 minutes, but ended up waiting 30–40 minutes. We were then seated at a dirty table with a previously used mineral water bottle, which was added to our bill and removed only after we pointed it out. We were straight-up denied complimentary achari onions, even after asking just once. Even a small dhaba serves onions without hesitation, but here our request was refused and mistaken for an order for salad. We ordered biryanis and tikkas, specifically asking for decent-sized pieces with more meat and less bone. Instead of clearly explaining the portion size, the staff repeatedly quoted the weight as though every customer should understand what that means. When the biryani arrived, the pieces were practically 90% bone and 10% meat. It felt like we had ordered bone biryani rather than meat biryani! The staff also confused aerated water with Coca-Cola and Thums Up. The dishwashing area was directly in front of our table, exposing us to staff cleaning used plates while we ate. The washroom was also so cramped that we had to squeeze our way in and out. Overall, long waiting times, poor hygiene, incorrect billing, disappointing food portions, and a lack of basic hospitality made this a thoroughly frustrating experience. Oudh 1590 needs to seriously improve its service and guest experience.
