We really liked the food at Paatra. Service is very good.Staff(Anurag) suggested the food which was very tasty.Thank Anurag ji......my family loved this restaurant ambiance,food,service. We will definitely come again.

It was great experience went there to celebrate my birthday we were 9 people and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the chats, panner deserts dal everything was top notch. Great enjoyed a lot.

Really amazing food and very nice people. The really take care of your needs. Anurag nd Mohit was very friendly and always make sure we were comfortable. Will def recommend to everyone !!!

It's a decent restaurant with a classy ambience. Chicken and mutton preparations were pretty good but vegetarian options were average. I think dal makhani and chaats can definitely be improved. Hygiene is not an issue anywhere in Jaypee Greens so that is sorted. All in all its a good option for family time.

If you're looking for a fine dining for indian cuisine in greater noida, Paatra is your go to place. It's a beautiful warm restaurant which serves some amazing indian cuisine. The ambience is beautiful and the food is worth trying. Galauti kebabs were my personal favorite.

A good option for fine dining in Greater Noida. Offers good ambience, relaxed seating, courteous staff and above all tasty food. More veg options would be delightful.

Nice place beautiful ambiance..... Gulab kheer and mozerella palak were really tasty and must try. Peaceful view and is away from cities buzzing.

Well, first they denied any confirmation for the booking made under my name through Zomato as they didn’t have any tables . On showing the approved or confirmed booking they quickly joined 2 2-seater table to make it a place for 5. However, it was a corner area which was very congested and even after we insisted to shift to a more open space where we can see 2-3 empty tables that were reserved for the same time when we were in but no guests were present. The service was not upto the mark as it was slow , and while serving out the one of the dishes the waiter spilled over starters on my white chino due to space issues … And still no one in patra had the courtesy to shift us to another table which eventually was left empty throughout the whole time. Food was just ok but pricey …. Biryani was sticky and we ordered Kurkure jhinga which was not upto the mark (and the same item was spilled on a cluttered table over my white chino) .. only they have to say was sorry which by that time had no meaning. The cutlery was not clean and when asked to be removed or changed we waited around 10-15 mins… same when in the end we asked for the bill.. 15-20 min wait time .. it seemed as if no one gives a shit …. Pathetic experience Poor service Average food Over exaggerating prices

Worst experience ever. The service was slow and staff was non-courteous. They claim to have the best wine library, and any wine that we ordered was sold out. The manager wasn’t even keen on offering alternatives. The food was served cold and in broken dinnerware. Overall pathetic experience, and it spoiled the bday dinner. The manager wasn’t even polite enough to accept the feedback.
