Bar Painkiller’s cocktail menu leans heavily into playful names and inventive flavour combinations, often inspired by a medicine-cabinet theme — a concept that’s become part of its identity: Standout Signature Cocktails Dolo 650 – A tequila-based creation with a curd wash and pimento chilli, bright and zesty without being aggressively spicy. Ciplakiller – Herbaceous and refreshing with coriander, rocket and creamy avocado notes — lighter but full in flavour. Fever Fizz – Rum & Coke twist with a hint of coconut, surprising and tropical. IV Drip Twist – Melon, Campari, pandan & kaffir lime — complex yet drinkable. Tropic Disorder – A refined tropical drink with pineapple and coconut ice cream vibes. Classics with a Twist – LIIT with smoked tea & mango notes, and a Negroni with pickled tomato brine for a savoury edge. Painkiller strikes that rare balance between a serious cocktail bar and a place where the food is not an afterthought. Great ambience, skilled bartenders, and well-executed plates make it worth a visit.

I have frequented painkiller and savage, and I have to say it is my absolute favourite spot in delhi as of now. Celebrated my birthday here recently and it was fabulous, the food was fantastic, top notch cocktails but the night was made by Bharat, he was spot on in determining everyone’s tastes in cocktails and food, he threw in a round of shots and a few experimental cocktails on the house. I could not recommend this spot more. When you go make sure you ask for Bharat and tell him Sridutta sent you. The prawn toast, chicken skewers, crab doughnuts and crispy fish are a must have. For drinks the ivy drip & banana drill are show stoppers, but just tell Bharat your preference in drinks and he will sure cook up something to you taste.

The vibe of this place is killer! Bharat was an amazing server- his suggestions for drinks and food were great. The food was not amazing but ok for a bar- they could improve the taste and selection of items , but the drinks were good- ( I just wish the glasses weren’t petite !!). The music really hit the spot!

Such a cool spot. Fab drinks and super good food. Really loved the vibe. Yogesh at the bar kept us entertained and replenished our drinks. A random Thursday nt turned epic. Drinks have a twist and not your regular cocktails. Pork dishes were fab. Will go back for more at some point.

the place is located in a discreet market in hauz khaz, the food is scrumptious while the cocktails aren't watered down like majority of the bars in town and the drinks hit like thor's hammer - STRONG!!!. would definitely recommend it to friends and peers.

Horrible service. The head waiter Anuj was extremely rude and ruined our whole experience by yelling at us for no reason. If he doesn’t know how to handle a crowded place, don’t understand why he’s the head waiter.
