Had a really good experience at Paparizza! 🍕 The wood-fired pizza was fresh, cheesy, and packed with flavour, with a perfectly crisp crust. The ambience was cozy and the service was pretty good too. Definitely a great spot to visit with friends for some delicious pizza!

This is my honest review as i visited today afternoon. I think this place is over hyped on Instagram but this is small as well as coming onto the taste we have ordered peri peri sandwich veg which is not average in taste then their detorit pizza also is average in taste try the NY style pizza as it has thin crust. Overall my experience is average with the food and with the taste and vibes.

Extremely poor service — food was good, but the experience was embarrassing. Visited Paparazzi last month on a Sunday morning, and honestly, the customer service was shockingly poor. We reached before they stopped serving breakfast, yet we were denied breakfast. There was no clear information anywhere mentioning a breakfast cut-off time, and, ironically, they were apparently still serving breakfast until 1:30 PM. When you’re paying a premium, the bare minimum you expect is clear communication and basic courtesy toward customers. The food itself was actually good. We ordered the New York Style Chicken Pepperoni Pizza, Truffle Oil Rigatoni Pasta and Tiramisu, along with Estrella, Peroni and Birra Moretti beers. Unfortunately, good food cannot compensate for terrible service. The most ridiculous interaction was when I asked the server if they could serve us a full bucket of Birra Moretti. His response, verbatim, was: “Nahin hai toh nahin hai, main kya kar sakta hoon? Ghar se thodi leke aata hoon. Baaki jo hai woh pi lo.” Seriously? This is how you speak to paying customers? This happened on a Sunday morning, and the attitude was absolutely unacceptable. There was no attempt to politely explain the situation, offer an alternative, or simply communicate professionally. Just blatant rudeness and an attitude of “take it or leave it.” Our bill was ₹5,000, and this is the level of customer service we received in return. It’s great that the place has Instagram clout and looks good online, but social media popularity doesn’t excuse treating customers with disrespect. If you’re charging premium prices, you should also provide premium service — or at the very least, basic manners. Food: Good. Service: Absolutely terrible. Overall experience: Extremely disappointing. There are plenty of places where you can spend ₹5,000+ and actually feel welcomed. Based on this experience, I certainly wouldn’t recommend Paparazzi if you’re looking for a pleasant time.
