The crispy sweet exterior and buttery soft interior of the bun lived up to the hype. The service was quick as well and they have a decent amount of topping options. However, would I indulge again? Sadly, no. Despite the delicious flavor, the steep price point just doesn’t justify a repeat experience.

Papparoti is known as the father of all buns. It’s supposed to be pillowy soft! Well that’s how they started off in Dec 2017. But now at the T3 terminal - these buns are hard and stale. These are not the fresh buns that they are supposedly famous for. That’s the problem. Chains open up but don’t follow through on the quality. If they serve this quality in Malaysia or Dubai, they would surely shut down! And the coffee beans have no flavor as the beans seem to have been burnt.

A relative had a cup of tea there, it was piping hot and were running late. They requested the staff for an empty cup after paying over a grand for two beverage. Refused. Apparently would have costed them the next quarter revenue.

The worst place to order from! They are liars and cheat you of money without sending the delivery. They spoilt my husband's birthday dinner by delaying the delivery by 2 hours and it was prepaid.
