Overall, the experience was decent, with good service, but the food was inconsistent. There was a mix-up with our coffee orders: my cortado was supposed to have vanilla essence and almond milk, while the cold coffee had separate specifications, but the customisations were switched. The small croissant and pain au chocolat were also ridiculously small and had an unusually strong eggy taste, which I found quite unpleasant. The pasta was decent, though the accompanying bread was soggy. The chocolate ice cream was fine, but the opera cake was too stiff and lacked the softness expected from it. Overall, good service, but the food could definitely be more consistent in execution, texture and portion size.

we have always had a good experience here, but this visit was terrible. Such slow service, waited 45 mins for our drinks, got them after 4 reminders, terrible food, bland and poor quality. didn't expect that here. so bad

Food was cold and tasted very blunt and bad(pizza, pasta and ravioli) there were a lot of insects flying around and falling on our table as well. we changed our table once, yet no improvement. disappointed
