What a meal... Totally classy food. Service par excellence... Totally enjoyed our evening. The place has a wonderful vibe to it. Great ambience. We sat in The Safari for few drinks and then came in here for dinner. The safari in Lodhi hotel is also a beautifully done up place. All over the walls it has some beautiful original wildlife pics. Excellent ambience. In Perbecco everything was awesome. Be it the tiny pieces of cheese they served for tasting, or the Burrata tart. The chicken mince pie was out of the world. I personally didn’t like the lobster Risotto since I’m not hugely into lobsters, but it was great. Lastly we had the baby lamb medium rare n it was phenomenal... Excellent place to spend a quiet evening... expy though. Frankly food in delhi is far more expy than bombay. I wonder why??

We had a lovely dinner here and both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian tasting menus are very well curated in terms of the palate that they cover! The food's delicious and our server, Mr. Abhishek was extremely attentive and pleasant! The entire staff was, in fact. Including the chefs. Kudos!

Excellent Food, Service and Ambience! A must visit in Delhi, Perbacco has taken the Italian food scene to the next level!

Went to perbacco on 12 September 2021 Sunday 8.30pm (mentioning this as I don’t have exact names of the staff) Food was excellent without a doubt. Staff was not up to the mark at all. Booked my table via Eazydiner app which entitles me to a 25% discount on food. The manager did not give the discount, kept asking for some secret code / phone from which booking was made (both of which aren’t needed) and was just not ready to punch the discount. Wasted 30 mins with this, hence I requested them to remove 10% service charge clearly after this, but again they did not remove it even on request. Pathetically trained staff of such a 5 star property.

Had great expectations from the place. But average. The only good thing was pizza and the Merlot wine. Pasta was average. The Parmesan cheese did not taste right to me. We did not order any desert as the options did not excite us. Plus they goofed up the order. So overall average. Hope the place picks up.

Terrible experience at this fantastic hotel. Horrible service in an empty restaurant with waiters chatting merrily in the other corner. The water was never replenished and we even had to walk down to the counter to make payment for the food. While we were served by Abhishek, nevertheless, it was everyone's responsibility to ensure that at least the basic courtesy was extended. That aside the food portions were extremely tiny. Ordered a ravioli and the quantity was even less than the smallest starter I have ever been served. The bread horrible. The risotto was okay. And pricing? Extremely high! Really wondering why such a sorry state of affairs given that everything else was top notch. The ambience is superb, location is fantastic and it gives the privacy which restaurants rarely offer given that real estate prices are sky high. Unfortunately, I would recommend everyone to avoid this place! The people were least bothered and in fact absolutely ignored when we casually remarked that the food wasn't great.

The non-vegetarian tasting menu was a huge disappointment. The dishes were average and not worthy of a five star restaurant. Stand-alone restaurants do a better job in terms of offering a good variety and flavours. For every course in the tasting menu we had to ask for cutlery and despite asking the staff to explain the dishes, no one really bothered. The highlight of the disappointment was when we asked the manager to take away the 2nd last dish (meatballs in gravy that tasted like tomato sauce) which was half-eaten, he asked us how the food was. We told him that very average and we were quite disappointed. At this point, Mr. Lakshman made some noncommittal response and left the table. We were in the middle of giving feedback, and he just walked away! We didn’t see him again for the remainder of the evening. We had noticed how disinterested he was in the beginning, but this type of service along with the poor quality of food has left a bad taste in our mouth - literally and figuratively.
