I’m a regular at Perch in GK, I work from there atleast 3-4 times a week, and order iced latte( oat milk) everyday. When I went to Perch in khan market, ordered the same coffee, it had a really weird taste. Either they’re using a different coffee blend or their oat milk is inferior, I simply hated it. It tasted very watery. Not going here again. The food is good at both the places.

The service was not good. Inattentive and indifferent personnel of the cafe... There was a foreign metal object in the food, a type of wire. And the waiter was really reluctant to say sorry. Good thing that this food item was removed from the bill. But the general attitude from the restaurant side left a bad impression. Unlikely to come back to this Perch

The staff wanted to kick us out even though I had ordered 3-4 things and was having a conversation but the staff just wanted to kick us out there was no rush or anything

I had a rather poor experience at Perch, Khan. Apparently, if you are a table for one and wish to work on your laptop, you are only allowed to do so on the high chairs which have no back support; that is basically a way for the management to send you away as soon as possible. This happened after I had already ordered a beverage and a dessert.. my average order value, is anyway always around 1500/- which is more than enough for one person to sit and work wherever they wish to for 3 hours. I also do not utilise cafe wifis. If perch is cash crunched, they need to find better ways to increase revenue than to humiliate and displace customers in the middle of their stay. If working on the laptop at the restaurant is discouraged, customers should be made aware of it in advance. Needless to say, I will not visit there again.

Food is 3/5 Drinks- cold coffee, they didn’t customise the drink as I didn’t want ice in it, they didn’t listen, staffs pretend to care but are judgemental ,washroom cannot be used because of bad smell, pathetic experience. Expensive but not worth the taste or ambience

Food quality, quantity and drinks have gone down gradually over the years. The place has regressed to the mean, better places exist now with half the price and twice the quality.

pathetic food. the restaurant was filled with cigrattee smoke. Will never visit Khan Market Perch again. disappointed with the attitude of the staff
