The paneer puff was very nice but the cupcakes were not up to the mark. It was not cream cheese frosting just whipped cream. Quite disappointing!

Extremely disappointed with Pink Box. Ordered cakes today and received a completely rotten one with visible algae and tiny insects crawling on it. This is not just unacceptable but also a serious health hazard. Such negligence in food quality is shocking. I expected much better, but this was truly a heartbreaking experience. Won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I ordered a basic pineapple pastry and it was legit rotten and spoiled. It’s shameful how bakery’s think they can get away with selling the last of their stocks just because it’s later in the day. Terrible experience. Have raised a complaint for a refund.
