I went Pinos with my friend n I ordered white sauce pasta along with apple ice tea, Taste of pasta was actually very good n toasted bread was crunchy n was good, overall it is value for money

Was craving for pizza while at the mall, so bought a small veggie treat pizza. The pizza was fresh but the taste was nothing like a professional pizza, tasted more like something like a quick dish at home kind. Works for a quick craving but not for tasty treat.

Very slow and inattentive . Totally not bothered and taking their own time for so called fast food. Ordered a salad and a chicken for take away - waiting for more than 10min,

We decided to take a family combo. We never wanted the pasta but there were no other options available in the family combo. The pasta originally just comes with the sauce and no veggies. We have to pay 50 bucks extra for veggies and it still did not help the pasta taste any good. It is one of the worst pasta I've ever had. DO NOT TRY THEIR PASTA. They use the same sauce for pasta as they do for pizza. The bread is amazing but the sauce is no good which makes the pizza very average. The garlic breads are average too. To summarise, don't try Pino's if you wanna remember what a good pasta or pizza tastes like!

Would have given a rating of '0' but no such option present. Went to store yesterday and hve ordered double cheese Margherita pizza and garlic bread with cheese nd a cheese dip(paid additional for it). The quantity of dip was literally one teaspoon and they charged INR28 for that thing. When asked to put some extra in it the staff in a very rude tone replied that it will be charged extra. Pizza was not at all good. And garlic bread was also not that crispy. Above all the staff there was so rude and unprofessional. For me it's a big NO to this place. If planning to visit just give a second thought.

I order fresh mix juice . It was pathetic . Taste and quality was very poor , it was just water with added flavours , no consistency of juice no richness of fruits just some artificial flavours with a lot of ice in it . Very bad experience , disappointment from the staff aswell ,no help from the staff and company .

Saw the staff eating from the portion before serving. I complained of too much salt and they tasted it and used the same portion to fix it. The chicken strips were drenched in oil. My bill was around 400, I left everything at the counter and went to Paul’s. MUST MUST AVOID.

The pizza base was very stiff. The chicken popcorn was oily and the taste was bland. Would not recommend!
