Ah overall experience was great, combos were great, do try once. Choices available in combos were good, no need to order separately . 🙈🙈🙈

The staff experience was bad. I placed an order and paid, then later decided to add more items, so I went back and ordered again But the staff told me I should order everything at once. I didn’t really appreciate that if I’m paying for my food thenn it should be my choice how and when I place my orders It felt unnecessary and a bit rude.

I and my team ordered 2 items of 4 pizza combo with Choco Sundae and 1 cheesy momo. After around 15min of the order getting ready the app showed that the order will reach in 45 min. When the delivery guy was 15min away, he cancelled the order and then a guy from pizza Hut came to deliver the order. Now the real blunder came. No sauce or chilly flakes or oregano was given, which every pizza outlet gives you by default. No spoons were given for sundae. The pizzas were completely cold and since it's our work place and we don't have oven/microwave, most of the food was wasted. What should someone do after this?? Am I going to get a refund? And this is for sure that we are never going to order from Pizza Hut after this bizarre experience and insult within the colleagues.

Ordered this on Holi. I guess all of them were high. They sent cold and uncooked pizza. WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE EVER. Please dont order from here
