VERY VERY BAD experience. trying to fool customers into ordering pricy things on the menu. bad service. no help. food was mediocre. better places to go for pizza; dominos, la pinoz anything. the hygiene was even worse, spotted so many mosquitos,like a street food corner. better visit those only considering mid food and big prices considering all. the last time i spotted a cockroach as well, big mistake to revisit. would not recommend AT ALL.

I had Mexican pizza at crown interior pizza hut today. The quality of pizza was pathetic, at that price point they only serve 90 percent corn rest all like jalapeño, capsicum and other things where only for namesake and when I shared the feedback they told and argued that it is minced. They are not ready to take feedback. Worst experience. I would have denied taking pizza but as I was with my children and they can't wait any longer.

I recently placed an order at Pizza Hut where my total bill amount was ₹377.06. However, at the restaurant, I was asked to pay ₹418.95 instead. When I questioned the staff about the difference, they did not provide a clear or satisfactory explanation. The service was also very poor. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional, and they did not handle the concern properly. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

very very pathetic food dry vegetables thick brick like base , no options of any good drinks , bread sticks are not even to be tried for free , it is this bad , do not try , this is not the old pizza hut now , no tissue papers on table nothing , thats why this outlet always remains empty. everything has changed , food, quality , ambience worst experience , never gonna look back to pizza hut again .

I'm very disappointed in your outlet staff in the crown interior mall Faridabad Total bill was 375 but he asked me to 416 rs and after paying my bill 416 he gave me a bill of 375 rs and after raising my query he immediately said it's not my fault

Food quality was really bad and place was very unclean. Zero management and unhygienic place which was never expected from such a big food chain.
