Today I went to Pizza Hut to have pizza. The pizza there was very tasty. And specially thanks for Manager Ms. Rekha sharma.. I have no word heads off .... U 🫀

We are big fan of pizza hut. We eat pizzas on weekly basis so yummyyyyyyyyyyyyy ever n ever ..........😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

We visit in this store always and always we get great food and service also we love pizza of पिज्जा hut my wife is habitual of pizza hut

The food was good but the restaurant was severely understaffed the day of my visit, the staff was ignorant at first but later helped us out, overall decent restaurant but could be better if it had more staff

Worst pizza hut experience ever. Not sure how this place is still in business. It looks and feels wors yhan any road side pizza place and the food quality is pathetic. Easily the worst pizza and pasta that I hv ever eaten at a pizza hut. In addition to the worst food quality, the infrastructure is a joke. Last week when I went, they turned me away saying that they have run out of ingredients and this was in the middle of the day. Today, they told me that they can't accept online payment and wanted me to pay only in cash. After an argument only, they took Paytm payment and after that they again started turning the customers down. Needless to say I will not be going there again and would advise everyone to avoid it and not waste there money.

The worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Visited here twice - once they had no raw materials to prepare the order and the second time their systems were down and they were not accepting orders. We somehow managed to place a manual order but when the food was served it was an instant regret. Other dine in outlets are way better. This outlet serves tasteless food and the staff is also untrained. The seating area looked really untidy. The oregano and chilli flakes seasoning bottles were too dirty you won't want to touch them. Chairs and tables are broken. The floor was not clean. Our pizza and pasta had no flavor at all. Probably the worst food I ever ate. We couldn't even finish the complete meal, it was that bad. Never again.

The worst thing about them, their card machine or UPI doesn’t work..! I somehow on the machine they were able to display the QR code, and, I completed the payment of Rs 924. The card machine didn’t show it, and amount is debited from account. They said it will be refunded in 1-2 hours, i checked my statement again, no refund. When they know the machine has issues, why do they scam people for it. I was really hungry, so, i paid cash. Now i am down double money and no response or help from them. Food and the service was fine. But, i can see in last few years the standards of PizzaHut has down downhill. I will move towards consumer court for such scam.

My order was for dine in but they gave me for takeaway and when I asked them they said that it will reamin hot in the box and then gave me plate to eat..It was pathetic experience in pizza hut …

They dont have a staff to make order the person who is taking order is also making the puzza there is no sauce on the table and also no even after 20 mins there is no update on food

Poor service, have to ask for the plates separately. And too much delay in serving.
