Some of the food was served cold with no good taste, pizza was so so mid- fast pizza chains serve better pizza and good prices; How come this place is named Pizza Express with no good options

Staff was very negligent. Orders came after an hour and that too, when order arrived, it was incorrect order shittiest experience of my all time with PizzaExpress.
