The food was so average that it does not even meet 1% of the hype the chain made. KFC and McDs are way better than Popeyes. Rating it 2 stars coz even though the fountain coke was flat, manager did give me a can to compensate to that

they are offering 2 types of chicken burger only and the difference is just that the other one is spicier. Taste is just okayish,not worth the hype at all and the price range is also quiet high.

Average order time is 30-35 min approx & after that also you get the wrong order. I ordered one veg burger meal & another chicken burger & after waiting for soo long both chicken burgers are handed over to me. The staff members are also short, the cashier instead taking orders is preparing food. Single person is preparing veg & non veg means without changing gloves. I am not sure how this outlet is managing. Other orders which were placed after me got it. After having food the oil is not extracted well from the patties & its soo oily. Very bad experience.

Food is bad. One of the worst qsr i have been too. Their pr is also pathetic. They simply copy paste replies. The restaurant pr even asks to send restaurant location. Common sense would tell them that they should check name and location of outlet which the customer is reviewing. Whoever has bought this not so well known chain to india, needs to focus on taste of food.

Arrogant staff , no basic sense to handle customers. it definitely looks like a franchise. Popeyes all over the world serve much better food and much better customer satisfaction!! Honestly not worth coming!!
