worth the money and the hype. food was fresh nd extremely flavourful..unlike other brands who give tasteless dry chicken .even the classic sandwich is to die for, best brioche buns. yes the outlet service can be better but nonetheless they didnot lower the food quality which is worth the wait. ordering online was an issue we faced last time but its same for all under Jubilant foods . their delivery systems r not upto mark and it hinders outlet deliveries too. bt Popeyes didnt disappoint at all with overall food experience!!!!

We tried Bold Chicken Sandwich, Classic chicken sandwich, hot & messy fried chicken and tangy coke. Superb fresh taste of sandwich , you can add pickle too in the sandwich. The best was the hot and messy fried chicken!! Yummm!! I found it better than Korean Fried chicken I have tried in India and abroad ! I see all the delivery negative reviews here! Guys I suggest go for a dine in instead of delivery! You will see the difference. I am surely going again and again!!

I never like leaving bad reviews but this one deserves it. It took 40 minutes for a “fast food” restaurant to serve up all the food and even then the sandwich was ice cold, upon asking to reheat, it was heated to a point that one would burn himself trying to touch it. Warm beverage, badly cooked chicken , lazy staff. This was my second and last time. The first time was delivery and it was burnt, this time it was just bad. The only decent thing was the woodsmoke flavor on the wings. Jubilant’s worst entry from the US to india. Lastly , the bad food which was only half eaten has also given me an upset stomach. Save yourself and don’t eat here

I have ordered chicken from Popeyes many times. Korean chicken from their own app was always good. There was never any complaint. But today I ordered Korean chicken on January 9. A strange smell is coming from the chicken. As soon as I took the first bite, the smell was very bad.

The cold drink tasted as if it was stale or had some chemical mixed in it. We complained but they didnt really help us out or replace the drinks. The chicken wings were underseasoned. The choicken in the burger had so much raw oil on it. Basically, bad food.

I ordered online on zomato.. the order was never delivered.. and they never answered calls, or bothered to send an update or an apology. Even zomato customer service kept trying to call and did not get an update. Horrible experience!

I have never had such an awful burger. The burger, the tray everything was smelling like sort of kerosene or some bad oil. Not at all fresh. It felt like you’re drinking oil with no flavours. Total waste of money!

Absolutely ridiculous resturant. The resturant is not clean at all, flies are present. They only prioritize delivery orders and take 30 mins or more to make dine in order. Please avoid visiting.
