The food was phenomenal, especially the risotto ai funghi and the burrata pesto pizza. The roasted potatoes side was also great. Vibe is also elegant

Very slow service while some tables had specific attention. Food lacked taste and not value for money. Went with an expectation of Italian but most dishes including the pizza were too spicy to qualify for anything Italian. Birthday evening was made disappointing.

the hotel said that the discount of 50% offered by Zamato is only applicable on food. they made us pay full bill on alcohol. this should be more obvious when booking. sorry felt misled.

The Service has deteriorated over the years and not sure if they are short staffed, even for water we had to request them multiple times. While the pizzas were good but the Live Tiramisu that used to be my favourite was below par. The biscuits were very hard, it felt like only eating cheese!! Same was the case with Salad & other items… Not going there again… anytime soon!!!

Disappointed with Prego, they don’t let the liquor charges paid through portal. It’s a trap, never seen this before in any hotels.

Not value for money and not even an experience we can count on..food is zero
