Stayed here for some meeting at east delhi, after my meeting spnd some giod time at room,than at around 8pm. came down,or buffet at Promenade ,the buffet spread was quit impressive .The starters were very tasty,and the momos at live counter was amazing.The food was mouthwatering with balnced spicies and having good aroma.liked the food very much.The dessert selection was excellent specialy the bakery stuff and peda.The service was good and they keepon asking for your choice for breads etc.overall good experience.

Had the authentic North indian food at promenade which had dal makhni,shahi paneer with breads. The dal makhni had the authentic taste with great consisitency and subtle flavours. I really liked the flavors and taste of shahi paneer. Their ambience is really amazing,making your overall dine in experience a memorable and wonderful one!!!

Good food and good service ,enjoyed a lot. Excellent - Dal Makhani, Murg Lababdar, Sarson Ka Saag , Amazing Chana Chaat and jalebi, Ambience Good - Service, welcome and quick billing. Everybody was nice.

The food took some time to get prepared but the fpod was really delicious and the management and the service was also really nice . It was overall a nice experience.

I'm a foodie for life and the foodie of East delhi cannot forget to explore all the restaurants that side! So I decided to visit Promenade. What I ordered? Vegetarian sandwich Taste? It was delicious in taste and satisfying although expensive. The quality of money was worth the taste. Staff and infrastructure? Both were good and appropriate.

Food: Excellent Ambience: poor Price: average Service: good I visited this place today for a quick coffee. I ordered a sandwich and a cold coffee. The place was fully crowded yet the service was good. The Lady who served was very efficient and polite. However, the coffee was not cold enough. The sandwich tasted excellent. It's too noisy and I think they must do something about that!

The best thing about this place is ambience & service plus location Staff is humble & polite. The reason of 3 star rating is their all food items were fresh & good quantity of food they serves, but there is NO TASTE in their food items. they should start working on their food taste.

First of all no air conditioning during such extreme hot weather. Price on zomato menu for chilli chicken was much less than what was charged on invoice 345 vs 525. Cold coffee was just average. Menu QR code was not working to check menu items and availability. Avoid till it becomes fully functional.

I wanted to make a reservation for my parents as they were celebrating their anniversary but thanks to the inefficient reservation team, I couldn’t make a reservation. The prices mentioned for dinner buffet on Zomato is 975 plus taxes per person but on the call, they kept telling me that the actual price is 1500 plus taxes per person. The person on the call kept telling me that 975++ is Zomato’s special price, I should make a reservation through zomato only and I kept telling him that there’s no option to make the reservation through Zomato. So please try n help me with the final price but the person kept yelling at me, saying “hotel charge 1500++”. I mean he was not at all interested in understanding my query. In short, if this is how they take a simple reservation, I’m just glad that I didn’t visit the outlet.
