Food was excellent. vibe was good. Have been a regular to Punjab grill for last 5 years. Been to their Delhi, Gurugram and Indore outlets. Reduced one star purely for the service. The steward who served us was cold and had a growly face. He didn't respond positively for our requests also. We dine outside not just for food but also for the hospitality.

Food was good, but the portions don't match the price. For example, a full Butter Chicken priced at ₹975 + taxes came with only 4 pieces — elsewhere, a "full" order typically means 8 pieces, so this was disappointing. Service was also slow. We had to repeatedly remind staff to clear plates from the table and to bring add-ons like onions and chutneys. Overall, not a very satisfying experience.

service needs a lift up. the servers should be care about their clothes touching food. attention to table was missing. had to constantly keep asking. billing took a lot of time, had to repeat multiple times. the server attending disappeared.

our booking was not taken on time. we had to wait for 45 minutes inspite of booking via tomato for 9 pm.

the food was stale order chicken changezi. the chicken was raw and the gravy was undercooked and drenched with oil. have to change my drinks twice after specifically mentioning no sugar syrup but it was just sugar syrup imagine holding a glass and your hand is just all sticky with all the sugar and later end up ordering diet coke instead . after all this there was a fly in the glass. been to punjab grill many times at different locations but this specific location is the worse experience.. I will suggest one can have food road side dhabba instead of wasting your money here
