One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I genuinely don’t understand how a place like this maintains its reputation. I ordered the vegetarian tandoori platter, and when it arrived, it was completely cold. To make matters worse, the broccoli was practically raw and barely cooked. When I pointed this out to the waiter, instead of acknowledging the issue or apologising, he was simply in denial and tried to defend the dish. After we insisted, they took the same platter back and reheated it and served it again. That is hardly an acceptable solution at a restaurant of this supposed standard. The food was already disappointing, and reheating the same plate did absolutely nothing to improve the experience. And then came the service disaster. I ordered two drinks, and somehow they managed to completely forget about them. They didn’t arrive before the starters, they didn’t arrive with the starters, and they didn’t arrive even after we had finished our starters. At that point, there was honestly no point waiting anymore. The service was extremely slow, inattentive and poorly managed. Nobody seemed to take responsibility, nobody seemed particularly concerned about the delays, and there was absolutely no sense of urgency despite repeatedly being reminded. Eventually, I had to call it a night and leave without having my main course, and ended up going somewhere else to actually have dinner. For a restaurant charging these prices and carrying this kind of reputation, this level of food and service is simply unacceptable. And honestly, after this experience, I have serious doubts about the credibility of some of the glowing reviews here. Don’t judge this place purely by its ratings — my experience was completely the opposite. Extremely disappointing. Would not recommend this branch.

Anyways when asked they reheated the same thing ams served. I ordered two drinks as well which never came, not before starters, not with starters even not after starters. Pathetic and shitiest service one could provide . Well i have to call it a night and goto some other place for my main course. Review are fake guys, dont fall for it
