I was quite disappointed with my experience at this outlet of Punjabi by Nature. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations and lacked the authentic flavors typically associated with the brand. The dishes were unappetizing to the extent that we were unable to finish even half of our meal and had to request the staff to clear the table. It was also concerning that no one from the staff inquired about our experience or the reason for leaving so much food uneaten, which reflects a lack of attentiveness to customer feedback. Additionally, shortly after the meal, we experienced stomach discomfort, which further added to the negative experience. The overall ambiance and crowd did not enhance the dining experience either. Given the presence of several better dining options within the same building, this particular restaurant may not be the best choice.

service is too slow. they even took more than 30 mins to serve water. cutlery was shared after the dishes arrived. cutlery was not clean, it was dusty. the mutton was not freshly cooked, it was stale.
