Giving 4 star for ambience and good customer service. The whole staff right from the doorman to server we're very courteous. 5 star for them :). The food taste is okay- nothing out of the world. Still a good place to visit with family and have a nice time.

Today i went in this restaurant with family, just after ordering i did a complaint that the air conditioner is not working properly so they put a small fan type thing in front of our table which gives a feeling that we were sitting in a road side dhabha. Than out food came which seems to be so unhealthy and tasteless that i cant even explain and when i complaint about that the staff was like as if they didnt heard anything. Overall worst experiance and i will never ever recomend anybody to go to this place to anybody.

It was a horrible experience visiting puratan rohini, will not recommend this place for parties, The staff is very rude and un professional and does not respect basic request of guests Most of the menu items are mot available And the quality of food is very average…

The manager is extremely rude, not a good place to go via district. The accept booking only through easy dinner that what’s they say. Pathetic place pathetic manager

This restaurant charged us small size limca for ₹99 . This restaurant is cheating customers
