A well-maintained restaurant with a pleasant ambiance and attentive service. The food quality is commendable, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. Overall, a satisfying dining experience and worth recommending.

### **The Atmosphere** The ambience is the undisputed star here. The decor is breathtaking, striking a rare balance between unique modern design and traditional royal grandeur. It’s the kind of setting that feels intentional and high-end. * **Pro Tip:** If you’re looking for soul-stirring entertainment, plan your visit around their **Qawwali Nights** (held every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday). * **Note:** Reservations are mandatory for these nights, as the quiet afternoon charm transforms into a packed, vibrant cultural experience. ### **Culinary Highlights & Hits** While the setting is five-star, the kitchen performance is a bit of a mixed bag. * **The Standout:** The **Fish Tikka** is an absolute must-try—perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared. * **The Letdown:** The **Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani** failed to hit the mark, lacking the depth of flavor one expects from such an iconic dish. * **Service:** The staff is exceptionally warm and professional, though they are understandably focused on evening preparations if you visit during the late afternoon. ### **Value & Logistics** For a meal consisting of two non-alcoholic drinks and two appetizers/mains, expect a bill in the ballpark of **₹3,000**. > **Smart Saver:** Don’t pay the sticker price. You can consistently secure **15–20% off** by settling the bill through apps like **Zomato, Swiggy, or EazyDiner**. > ### **The Verdict** Go for the **stunning aesthetics** and the **live music**, but be selective with the menu. It’s an ideal spot for a curated date night or a sophisticated evening out with friends, provided you book ahead for the Qawwali sessions.

We visited the restaurant yesterday to celebrate my mother birthday accompanied with my 1-year-old baby. We had booked our table well in advance for 5 people and specifically requested sofa seating because of the baby, so comfort and space were important for us. However, when we arrived, we were offered a small table meant for 3 people. When we asked how 5 of us were supposed to adjust there, the staff simply said those were the only tables available. Only after we pointed it out did they add another table, which honestly should have been basic common sense. We requested them that we would start from that table for now, but asked them to please let us know as soon as a bigger and more comfortable table became available. We placed our drinks, starters, and even our main course order, but there was no follow-up from their side regarding seating. Eventually, we ourselves had to walk around the restaurant and find a better table that suited us, which was quite disappointing because that is something the staff should have been managing, not the guests. I would say the ambience was great, the food was good. However, the most important part the staff attitude and service was poor. For such a place, we expected much better service, attentiveness, and a more customer-friendly attitude. Good food and ambience matter, but service plays an equally important role in the overall experience.

Hey, The dal makhani was good but not as much so as to compell me for the next visit. Paneer dhungari was presented well, the paneer were tikka cubes and the gravy was smooth, but the gravy portion was extremely low. Gravy was barely covering the paneer and the flavour of dungaar was missing. I had visited this place to try their Khameeri roti, but 12.40 pm perhaps was a bit too early, so I couldn't taste that. A til waali khameeri type bread was offered instead, and I felt cheated. It was replica of a tandoori roti. The ambience was no doubt good, but the seating area was not cool. I was sweating while having the meal. Although their washrooms were fairly chilled. In a nutshell, with the prices being on such a high side, I won't recommend this to my friends.

My experience is the worst experience …. I have gone many good cafes and fine dine but such kind of hospitality , miscomittment on pricing left right bills…. Huges taxes on pricing …. Especially the behaviour of manager was even non tollerable… serving staff was still polite…. I have paid a bill of 38000 but that not worth for even 18000 Seriously not worth
