We went to this last Saturday to celebrate our friends birthday and overall it was good experience, everything all point drinks and food but the music i mean the dj is not that wow . This was our second time earlier there was a bald dj he was good ( this guy is playing good music ) . Overall it was a good experience.

I went with my family here, we were 5 people and booked well in advance through district, first of all when we entered they couldn’t find my name there and didn’t even know that they had a reservation by my name, I had to show them literally my booking through district and then my name for proof them he allowed me to enter, and when we entered the restaurant they gave us a round table of 4 but hardly 3 could fit in, and we requested a table of 6 with sofa as there were 2 senior citizens with us, but they denied it saying they have a reservation of 15-20 people so can’t give us the sofa, so okay fair enough. But the solution they provided us was they gave us one round table and one rectangle table and it wasn’t even fitting in, it just seemed for the sake of it they were trying to fit us and earn some extra penny, it didn’t seem presentable at all and was very uncomfortable, so we also tried to reason with them and requested them for the upstairs table, which they said is only open during qavali night but we said you aren’t giving us any options so what should we do. We need a sofa to be comfortable if we are paying such high prices we need full comfortability, but they refused that as well saying can’t sir, so we had to walk out and when he said that this is not done, this is not how you be behave with guests, just refusing to every solution we are giving you, and the guy named “Roshan” was talking to us so badly when we tried to confront him that this is not done, he said sir we are out of staff that’s why can’t give you the table upstairs, so we said that’s your problem not ours, and he responded “SIR OUR PROBLEM IS YOUR PROBLEM” and then also we went quietly, I mean this is not how you speak to your customers, this is not genuinely not done, and “Manish” wasn’t listening to us only, just refusing to each solution we were trying to give for a good night. I have been to this qavali so many times but this is not done genuinely, this is not how you treat with customer, I will never come back to this restaurant ever, and I recommend others as well to please consider before going to this shitty management restaurant.

Really disappointed It was over hyped, over priced without service and taste. I pre reserved but I was given a seating in the middle of a pathway that too some uneven table which was not enough to even keep the plates and dishes properly . The manager Roshan is very rude and told me everything else is reserved and we can only get these seats. He also told me very rudely that we don’t allow walkin guests at all . Later when another table got vacant , he did not have us that despite we requested him as eating in the small table was uncomfortable. Food : below average tastes . We ordered garlic naan but they delivered tandoori roti. Later after we almost asked multiple time they gave garlic naan. We ordered biryani which I think they forgot. We were told by them that absolutely fresh biryani is getting cooked so it is taking a little more time. Later

Very disappointing experience at Qavalli, Nehru Place. I had a table booked for 7:45 PM and reached at 7:50 PM, but the staff said my booking was cancelled because I hadn't arrived 15 minutes early. This was confusing because the confirmation message clearly stated that the table would be held for 15 minutes after the booking time. Instead of resolving the issue politely, the staff argued with us, and I had to apologize even though it wasn't our mistake. The table they eventually gave us wasn't properly arranged, and we had to repeatedly ask for basic things like candles and service. The only positive was one staff only, who was polite and attentive, and the food was good. Overall, the food was tasty, but the poor customer service and unprofessional behavior completely spoiled the experience.

so much over priced for below average food. We ordered both veg and non veg. Both has too much oil in it. Complete waste of money.
