The interior was amazing. Food was fresh and good. Staff was very friendly and cordial. We ordered farmhouse pizza which was very tasty.

I’ve been to Queenstown twice and both times the service has been below average. The food is simply not appetising- most portions of cheese in pasta are replaced with mayonnaise. The drinks are ridiculously sugary- so sugary that you can easily dilute with water twice. But most importantly, the hygiene standards are very poor. The toilets reek like railway toilets. You can take a napkin and wipe the table to see how dirty they are even at the beginning of the day. Houseflies can be spotted on most days too. Mostly, the staff is so forgetful that you’ve to call them twice/thrice. They don’t heed well to requests either. The volume and bass of music is so high that you’ve to shout just to be able to talk to your friends, forget trying to work or read. The cafe management simply doesn’t understand the difference between a disco and a cafe. Lastly, the ventilation is quite bad too. You’re either placed in front of large coolers or you’re squirming away in humidity. It’s a pity really since given its location, the cafe could’ve done wonders with just a bit of effort.

we ordered biryani. The food took 20 minutes to arrive, and the portion was so small. When we tasted it, the rice was still raw and the taste was atrocious. No biryani flavor at all. The chef called it "simple biryani".

Didn't even get to taste the food because the mood was spoiled just by looking at the place. it was dusty, the chairs were dirty, it didn't look at all like the pictures.

This Cafe doesn’t even deserve a single star. Please don’t waste your money instead, just go for street food rather than wasting your money on this horrible Cafe.
