The food and interiors are good but the ambience is spoiled due to the absolutely crappy sound systems and choice of music. The sound system’s quality is bad and the music is auto rickshaw tier. Service is okay.

Not sure how they have a good rating. Our experience with these guys was awful. We visited this place a week back for a family dinner. Had booked a table through zomato and interestingly got an offer where they were giving 35% off on the bill. We reached on time. Firstly - the ambience was so gloomy and horrible songs were playing in the background. It felt like we were in a shady bar. Second - the waiter told us about some offer on drinks and we informed him that we’ll be paying through zomato, availing the discount that was being offered through the platform. The waiter told us that the offer wasn’t available on drinks. When We questioned why, he told us that it’s mentioned in t&c. We asked him to call the manager, who repeated exactly what the waiter had told us. When we asked him to show where it’s written in t&c, he started beating around the bush and blaming zomato for the faux pas. After a few more mins of arguing, he agreed to what we said. But we left without ordering as our evening was already spoiled due to their behaviour. We didn’t go to this place looking for a discount. We would have gone even if there wasn’t an offer. But promoting something on zomato and not honouring it is one kind of fraud. Who knows what else they would have done had we decided to order there. A very disappointing experience overall!

The food is good , but people are charging 10% extra for staff commission, which is not good actually, those things are really up to us whether we want to give them or not, but the manager force fully told me that you have to pay that amount, it's really rude, they are not given that place which is completely vacant,they told us no that is reserved, but that was not it happened 2 timings, now I don't want to go there, just for suggestion if you have lots of money and patience go for it otherwise don't go. The staff is also not that much good😏

They are doing wrong practices. They charge service fee and are not ready to remove despite government regulations. We filed a complaint for them. Please check with them before you enter. Not worth going.

It’s a fraud . They are charging staff contribution of 10% on bill. It is illegal . Very rude and bad manager . Poor staff. I suggest everyone not to go there

Music was so loud that we couldn't hear the other person sitting across the table, even after repeating ourselves multiple times, but they did not listen.
