I’ve visited Remy’s two to three times, and I’ve also been to their Delhi outlet. The food at the Gurgaon outlet is truly delicious, and the chef did an excellent job explaining the menu and recommendations. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The music in the restaurant was a little too loud, which affected the overall dining experience. Additionally, some of the servers seemed occupied with their phones and were not very attentive, making it difficult to get their attention when needed. Overall, the food and the chef’s hospitality were impressive, but better customer attentiveness from the service staff would make the experience even better.

Restaurant issued wrong payment code for valet parking, a standard practice at Magnum and causes tremendous delay while exiting from valet parking

The food at Remy’s is an absolute let down. The lamb skillet meatballs, had three tiny meatballs, which were dry and hard. We also ordered the specials for the night, which was the cracked prawns with basil and lemon. The prawns unfortunately were undercooked and the dish had no real flavour. Would not recommend

These people don't have enough staff to serve people, we need to wait almost 1 hour and that too for two pizzas put of an order of four pizzas.

The food was really bad, there was unnecessary balsamic vinegar in almost everything. The service was the only saving grace.
