The ambience and food were decent, but the billing experience was extremely disappointing. They charged us for items we hadn’t even ordered and even increased the quantity of items we actually ordered. It honestly felt like they assumed we were drunk and wouldn’t remember what we had consumed. When we pointed out the discrepancies, they initially denied the mistake. Only after we confirmed it with the server did they finally agree to rectify the bill. On top of that, they charge a 10% service charge, and then also ask customers to pay an additional staff charge, which feels completely unnecessary. Overall, the food and ambience were okay, but the billing practices and lack of transparency really ruined the experience. I would recommend checking your bill carefully before making the payment.

The food was okay, but the service was disappointing. The staff was not helpful, and cold drinks were being sold above the MRP. When I raised this issue, the manager simply said, this is how it is here, instead of resolving it. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of concern for customers. I hope the management takes corrective action.

Food is not good, service is poor. Additionally they charge gst on packaged goods as well (cold drinks, water bottle) - the mrp of which already has gst included in it. So this is completely illegal but when asked about it they were very rude and unprofessional. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

my discount coupens didn't not work and 250 flat off was also a trap..it was not mentioned for next transaction which I came to know only after dinner bill .false claims by zomato.

Over price and also added staff contribution 10% byob is earing too much but cant pay there employees good salary really very sad to see that
