no water facility in washroom we asked multiple time waiter to contact manager to recharge TV to see IPL but they didn't listen moreover by 05:30 PM they turned off AC and asked to sit outside, means why they turned off AC, to save electricity bill😄

Went to this place with my office colleagues, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Items including cash, a phone charger, and sunglasses were stolen from a bag kept in the car boot while the vehicle was with the valet staff. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of accountability from the management. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the manager was dismissive and argumentative throughout. After reading other reviews and hearing similar stories, it honestly seems like this is not an isolated incident. On top of that, two female handbags were opened without permission, which is completely unacceptable and highly inappropriate. Would never have visited this place otherwise, and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. Extremely unprofessional staff, poor management, and a terrible overall experience.

The resturant service is pathetic. They took so much time to get the orders served and when asked for bill it was in my hand within 1 minute. That's the service they give to customers. Food quality was rather same as street food with a high amount. Taste was not good like that of resturants. The discounts was not applied on the bill promised by zomato. Resturant denied of any discount promised by zomato.

Staff was not cooperative at all, as we were 15+ people, seating arrangement was not adequate so asked for a table, but the manager said we don't have any table as every table is booked. after 10 mins, they installed a table but shamelessly kept another two guests on them. Double standard attitude, worst customer service.

Even after booking the table and paying for it we were denied the tables and the staff was being soo rude, even manager was saying find the table yourself and then we had to come back after waiting for 1 hour, couldn’t even order food without table
