⭐ 1/5 — SCAM • HIDDEN CHARGES • OVERCHARGING • INTIMIDATION • RUDE MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GOING HERE. What was supposed to be a fun evening with 5 of my friends at The BYOB Reset by Plan B on 5th November 2026 turned into an extremely unpleasant experience. We booked our table through Zomato and already paid ₹500 as the cover charge. When we reached the venue, we were suddenly told that we had to pay ANOTHER ₹6,000 as a mandatory cover charge just to enter. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking, and we had even called the venue beforehand to confirm the details. Nobody mentioned this additional ₹6,000. The manager’s behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. He was rude, arrogant and intimidating from the beginning. We had reserved a sofa seat, yet he forced us to sit somewhere else. When we questioned this, he repeatedly threatened to call the bouncers if we didn’t do what he said. This is apparently how they deal with customers who ask questions. The billing was another disaster. We were charged extra for items that were supposedly included in our cover charges. Whenever we questioned the charges, instead of giving us a proper explanation, bouncers and other intimidating staff members were sent to our table. It honestly felt like the objective was to intimidate customers into paying rather than resolve their concerns. I asked the manager for his name, and he refused to identify himself. The moment I took out my phone to document the interaction, he disappeared inside. And then came the dress-code issue. I was wearing a completely decent tank top and was told that I had to wear something covering my arms. This requirement was never communicated to us beforehand, and the way it was handled was completely unreasonable. I cannot comment on what happens behind the scenes, but the overall experience gave us the impression that money and intimidation matter more here than customer service. Hidden charges + unexplained billing + threats of bouncers + rude management + arbitrary rules = absolutely NOT worth it. There are hundreds of better BYOBs and nightlife options in Gurugram where you can spend your money without being treated like this. Do yourself a favour: confirm every charge in writing before going here, and honestly, consider going somewhere else. We certainly won’t be coming back.

The rating is not because of the food. It’s because you and your guests will be treated poorly at the entrance itself. The guy at the gate and the bouncer “Amit” spoke rudely to my guests on my birthday. I don’t think I’m ever coming back to this place at the very least. They don’t have the right to touch me/push me and tell me to go someplace else if I don’t want to pay cover charge that they’ve decided when I’ve already paid a cover charge on District itself. What’s the point of a booking? Why am I paying cover charge on this platform if I have to pay another 1000/- per person when I get to this place? Absolutely ridiculous.

The resturant service is pathetic. They took so much time to get the orders served and when asked for bill it was in my hand within 1 minute. That's the service they give to customers. Food quality was rather same as street food with a high amount. Taste was not good like that of resturants. The discounts was not applied on the bill promised by zomato. Resturant denied of any discount promised by zomato.

Pathetic service and worse attitude of staff . They think we will not notice that they have put extra items on the bill which didn’t even order or consumed if you raise your concern they will not admit to it and floor manager will talk rudely Mr Pawan says pay and get loss attitude . Advise if you go then keep a check on the billing .

Staff was not cooperative at all, as we were 15+ people, seating arrangement was not adequate so asked for a table, but the manager said we don't have any table as every table is booked. after 10 mins, they installed a table but shamelessly kept another two guests on them. Double standard attitude, worst customer service.

Even after booking the table and paying for it we were denied the tables and the staff was being soo rude, even manager was saying find the table yourself and then we had to come back after waiting for 1 hour, couldn’t even order food without table

Don’t bother. The staff is rude. They serve old food, and refuse to replace or refund for it. Also, it’s mad expensive. Your money is better spent elsewhere. If I could, I’d give them a 0 rating.
