The vibes are great and the lamb is amazing. The pistachio cheesecake is horrible and do not get any tequila based cocktails. Gin ones are pretty nice and the staff is decent as well.

We ordered pasta and pizza.. Pizza was not worth the hype and money.. It was tasteless actually. Pasta was really good

Dining at RIZQ turned out to be an extremely frustrating experience. With just two tables occupied, we were made to wait over 45 minutes for a dish. The staff was limited and visibly indifferent toward service timelines. Basic service sequencing was completely ignored. The main course was served first, and the starters followed five minutes later — and that too cold and unfit for consumption. When we called the manager, instead of preparing fresh starters, the staff attempted to simply reheat the already prepared dish and re-serve it. After we objected, they acknowledged the mistake but then made us wait another 35 minutes — by which time the main course had already been finished. The apology from the manager felt routine and insincere given the repeated lapses. For the prices being charged, this level of inefficiency and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Ambience alone cannot justify such poor service standards. Highly disappointing.

I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend it to anyone. The food was absolutely pathetic and lacked flavor. Worse, the place is highly unhygienic, which is completely unacceptable.The atmosphere was just as bad. It was incredibly hot inside because the air conditioning was not functioning at all. Sitting in a stuffy, overheated room while being served poor-quality food made the entire visit miserable. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The place was unbelievably loud and they seated us right next to the speaker. Our ears aches for several days after. The worst part is that the managers did not reduce the volume or shift us to another seat despite us making repeated requests to do so. They simply avoided eye contact towards the end. Disgraceful service and manners.
