Visited Roshan Kulfi in Karol Bagh after almost 15 years during a shopping trip, and it was worth every bite! We tried the Kulfi Faluda, Chole Bhature, and Bhalla Papdi. The Kulfi Faluda was rich and refreshing, while the Chole Bhature had that authentic old Delhi flavor that instantly brought back memories. Delicious food, consistent taste, and a true Delhi food experience. Highly recommended

This place is in existence since 1951 and famous for their kulfi falooda. It’s a must try here. I also tried Chhole Bhature and Dahi Bhalla here. Bhature were nice and fluffy. It was good but didn’t like the Dahi Bhalla. They have proper dine in facility but it can be pretty crowded. The service was pretty quick with good portion sizes.

Tried their mango rabdi faluda. The taste was good. I liked it just feel that price of 160 is a bit high for the overall quantity.

It was a chance encounter at this restaurant, even though it was already on my list of places to visit in Delhi. We wanted to do some quick shopping in a new area, and since I had visited Sarojini Market last time, we chose Karol Bagh this time. It wasn’t as bustling as before—maybe because we reached quite early—but at least it led us to this restaurant that had been on my list. It was vegetarian, relatively neat, not crowded, and had decent seating, so it fit our needs to a tee. Since we had already had Chole Bhature at Sita Ram Diwan Chand, we decided to try some other dishes. We started with a piece of Gulab Jamun and Aloo Tikki, and then went for their famous Kulfi Faluda. The Gulab Jamun was nice, especially since it was served hot. We could have tried their Gajar ka Halwa too, but we were too full. The Aloo Tikki was very average—it wasn’t crispy, and the sauces weren’t great. Roadside Aloo Tikkis are much better. The biggest disappointment was their signature dish, Kulfi Faluda. The Kulfi itself was okay at best. The semiya on top, masquerading as faluda, was a disaster. Any normal restaurant’s Faluda would taste much better with a proper amalgamation of flavors. The prices were also on the expensive side for all the dishes, especially considering how small the quantity was. In the end, we couldn’t help but wonder what all the hype about this restaurant was. I even rechecked multiple times to see if we had gone to the correct place. It was indeed the right one, which only made the disappointment greater.

The owners out here are just cheats. I paid my bill through the zomato app and they claimed that they haven't received the same, forcing me to make a double payment. Very rude people, just asking me to leave the place - not at all cooperative. When I put a firm foot forward, they specifically asked the waiter to serve me oily / inedible food to get even with me. They issue "takeaway" bills for dine in customers, can't understand the rationale for the same. I ordered chaap and the bill mentioned both paneer tikka amd chaap at different places leading to lots of confusion. They are not fit to run a restaurant at such a posh area! And sadly, zomato customer service also didn't help me out even though I shared all the necessary evidences. Scams all around!!

I ate jalebi at this restaurant and it was the worst jalebi I’ve ever had. Not even in my worst nightmare did I think of food this awful. Jalebi was stale, sour, cold and very thick. Anyone who eats it is guaranteed to fall sick. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered aloo tikki from Roshan di Kulfi, and while eating I found a rock in the aloo tikki. A solid piece of rock on the food. This is the kind of hygiene and food safety levels they are maintaining.

Naam bdhe and darshan chote fits in this place. You can't dare to ask for chole and need to manage two bhature with hardly 3 spoons of chole.
