Overhyped and pretentious, RuBaRu Advant is a little bit of everything - taste, vibe, service, while not excelling in any department. They set the bar for customer experience pretty low.

Food was not very good. Also the service was subpar. They also charge cover amount upfront on top of cover charge you pay on district. And cover charge is very high. Also they argued that discount of district is not applicable in whole bill but only after deducting cover charge than why are they even listed on district? Also they apparently don’t have to follow supremely court order of service charge being optional because they have mentioned it in the menu. So overall avoid it.

In starting they denied the payment from district, later on they was agree but they said we will give you discount same but i told them what’s the problem in accepting the payment from district. So last they were forcing us to do the payment not from district. Very rude behaviour of staff and manager
