Absolutely loved the hospitality.. truly what a 5-star experience should feel like. The food is soulful and beautifully crafted. The music, musicians, ambience and thoughtfully limited seating create a serene, intimate dining makes it all worth it For non-veg lovers, the Non-Veg Platter is a must-try, especially the fish and Murgh Malai's softness. Murgh Shekhawat is outstanding and you simply cannot leave without trying the Pan Ice Cream -an absolute delight. A wonderful experience all around. Thanks Gauri for being a wonderful host.

A little cramped sitting arrangement. Air conditioning was not proper . Food is nice though the menu is not very elaborate. Portion size is just enough for 2 persons. Good service . Overall reasonably good experience.

Biryani was good. Chicken tikka need to improve Dal makhani needs improvement Over all food taste need improvement, it is on need to deliver basis. Didn’t find it too great. Ambience , staff are top notch.

The ambience was good with live music atmosphere becomes great. The first we ordered was Tomato Shorba which was delicious. Then we gone for the main course which consists of Dal Makhni, paneer begum pasand, roti and missi roti . Dal Makhni was fine but all other food items taste requires lot of improvement. We got rasgulla and pan ice cream as a complimentary but the taste wasn't good . Overall I won't recommend.

it was the most shocking and unpleasant fine dining experience. everything was smooth and pleasant until Saffron took a booking of a large entourage of all foreign nationals who forgot civility (or maybe they didnt know) and manners and treated this place as their backyard, shouting and laughing and creating an atmospheric shift from luxury fine dining to one of uncivilty. we had a celebration family dinner and had to walk out since the hotel staffs attempts to calm then down and get them to behave themselves, bore no fruit. Yash -Assistant Manager F&B, instead of getting this unruly, uncivilized bunch of hooligans to stop disrespecting the place and other guests in a fine dining environment, was busy apologising. when I asked him to call the GM Mr.Kapoor , he ignored it. Our time - spoilt, experience - pathetic , our money - wasted. Conclusion - 1. This place is for firangi's (here people forget hospitality and civility). 2. To have footfalls on weekdays, some stoop so low , that they expect other patron guests to compromise on their experience, hence bookings that should be private (PDR) or in a location that's Al Fresco , was booked in a beautiful place (Saffron).
