food is ok, but service is a little issue here anytime. avoid going on Sundays as they have a manpower issue in the kitchen. I saw many tables shouting at the waiter for poor service. I have been going there for the last 20 years , so I am used to their slow service. go with a relaxed mind and understand this is not a QSR or cafe , it's a family dining and slow service is their routine.

My go to for all things south indian. The rava masala dosa was fab! Didn’t like the thatte idli though….felt like it lacked flavour….everything else was great!

jab mene bill ke liye bola to staff ne last me paan ke liye pucha ki aap paan lenge par apke staff ne ye nahi bataya ki uske charges he mere back thi isliye mene palte me nahi pada ki plate par paan ke charges likhe he . jab baki sab chij hum menu se order kar rahe he to paan b vahi se order kar sakte he . ye last me paan puchna complimetry laga but sagar ratna ka food badiya he

Had a disappointing experience at Sagar Ratna last night. The Fast Wala Dosa and Vrat Thali were good, but we encountered a really rude server. Also Now, both my friend and I are suffering from loose motions and stomachache since this morning. It’s frustrating because I was looking forward to the meal, but the service and our health issues made it a one-star visit. Would not recommend!!!!

I visited Sagar Ratna last night, and while the Fast Wala Dosa and Sabudana Vada were tasty, my experience was ruined by the rude server. Unfortunately, both my friend and I have been dealing with stomach issues since this morning. The food was decent, but the service and aftermath definitely overshadowed it. Not returning anytime soon!

Worst experience ever.....offensive and inappropriate behaviour by the staff... We already ordered food from there and I was eating personal food as I was in a medical condition They made statement like they won't even allow milk to a baby since it's a outside food Uter failure on humanitarian grounds

late service is a big time issue here you keep on calling waiters by waving the hand and they will make you feel that they did not see it even when they see the customer is waving hand. have been going here for very long time.but service has dropped after they got famous.

Food was awful and the sizzler was cold. The staff asked for tip even after this awful service. The waiting was long and food also took forever to arrive. Worst dining experience.
