The order was good, but the choices were less. A note at the top with what's not available would be great. Also, the order sequences were incorrect multiple times.

went there yesterday with my family. I have been to many sagar ratna outlets but this was the worst one. service was extremely poor. only 2 persons to take the order. and the waiters also weren't enough and slow. had to wait for the food for half an hour. i had ordered plain dosa, chettinad dosa, shahi paneer and parantha. shahi paneer was the worst I ever had. no taste and no salt. I told the waiter about it. he replaced it but still the dish was pathetic. even the sambhar was not good. and the coconut chutney was also tasteless. in the end I asked the waiter to pack the paneer. but when I came home he had packed only half the quantity.

I had a very disappointing and shocking experience at this outlet today. I was served food that had a cockroach in it. This shows a complete lack of hygiene, quality control and customer respect. Food safety is non-negotiable and such negligence is unacceptable from a reputed brand like Sagar Ratna. A brand which was my go to for south indian food. I strongly urge the management to take immediate corrective steps and maintain basic hygiene standards, so no other customer has to go through such an experience.

It was worst experience. Chef refused payment through zomato even after confirming from manager and then tell us that they do not accept payment from zomato. And it was listed to pay from zomato. Very slow service. Would suggest not to visit this restaurant

Very bad quality of good. I got a very bad stomach infection after eating there. Aaloo inside the dosa was stale. Other outlets of sagar ratna are far better that the taste of this one.
