We came here for an early morning breakfast at around 8 AM. Sagar Ratna was the only place open at this time in the neighborhood. I'm so glad we came here. The food was excellent, the restaurant was clean and spacious, and the staff was courteous.

Went there for dinner Sitting is available on the ground and first floor, however washroom isn’t available on the ground flood and one has to take the stairs since no elevator Food is a little pricey I feel for the taste that they provide. Taste could be a lot better when compared with other south Indian restaurants. Ambiance is okay, good place for family outing. Had ordered south Indian thali, chetinad dosa and hot & sour soup

Though all the food items were extremely tasty and had uniqueness. The Dosas, Buttermilk, Badam milk, Idlis, Paneer, Naan everything. I just have complain about our Table server: Mr. Amar Singh. So the incident was I wanted plain Cheese dosa, which was not available. He said they only had Vegetable cheese dosa, from which he can remove the vegetables to make it plain. Nothing was told that it would still cost the same. While paying the bill, upon enquiry, he simply lied and told arrogantly that the full amount will be charged, as it can’t be changed in their system. I told it was not told earlier, to which he simply showed his true Delhi colours of “ Jo Ukharna hai Ukhad le”. He shouted on top of voice and angrily said it’s not possible and I have to pay the full amount. Even of its not possible, and maybe he said it earlier, is it so hard to speak it again politely? Is this what Sagar Ratna’s staff is told to do? Defend like a maniac? After paying the whole bill amount, we ensured to let him know our dissatisfaction and horrible execution. Even then, he was adamant that what he said and did was right, and we were wrong. The other staff when came, they apologised for “whatever happened “. Let’s see what happens when Sagar Ratna management does after reading this feedback. I suggest you to put Mr. Amar Singh through some training on basic speaking skills and how to behave in public. Will be sure to share this experience with my friends and family. And will definitely not visit this branch of Sagar Ratna in the near future.

Very bad behaviour staff for sagar Ratna staff drink a alcohol in on shift in front of restaurant and misbehaving with girls in front of cafe they have 3-4 sagar Ratna staff they abuse the those girl and disrespect her even they torches him and they give blackmail her although very pathetic service and staff totally fully drunk this was very disappointing incident even who is responsible for this incident if any crime happened with this girl request to all don’t . Visit there cafe her staff don’t respect women and abused women

their Schezwan rice is the worst made without the Schezwan sauce n tastes sweet. On checking with the staff about why it was tasting so.. the behaviour was extremely unprofessional n rude. Placed soya sauce n chilly vinegar on the table n asked us to make it spicy. What Nonsense is this. And then another man came who was even more rude n was running away with the dish plate from our table to the kitchen. Very bad experience

extremely pathetic food. they fooled us as I had requested them to replace two items in my Platter and they had agreed. but they did not replace that and also removed those 2 items. they had literally served us half quantity of Platter. I visit there every 2 weeks almost since my college is there, but this time very disappointed. would never fo again

Worst experience. There was foil paper in naan, pebble in paneer, asked for pure jain food and then also ginger was there. Very late and ordered items mismatched waited so long for everything as when there was paneer there was no roti vice versa

Asambhav! I would have liked a little more bad experience. This was not enough to take my life. Worst experience of this decade. Food 0/5, Service 0/5, Ambience 0/5, Staff attitude -5/5.
