The taste of food was not good as compared to other Sagar Ratna outlets. Very old furniture and vibe.. But the staff was good and professional At last not recommended.

I strongly advise against visiting Sagar Ratna, especially the Greater Noida outlet. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had ordered Salt and Pepper, but they served me Chilli Potato with a few pieces of stale vegetables. When I brought this to the server’s attention, he ignored me completely. I then asked to speak with the manager, who responded rudely and said, “You’ve already eaten it, we will not replace it.” Absolutely dissatisfied with the food and the service. Never visiting again.

We’ve been regular customers, but after our visit yesterday, we’re done. The dosa and coconut chutney we were served were stale and smelled bad. When we asked the waiter to change it, the manager became defensive and argumentative instead of addressing the issue. We chose to leave peacefully, but the poor food quality and service have completely ruined our trust in this restaurant. We won’t be returning or recommending it to anyone.
