Sagar Ratna is definitely a good restaurant to dine in. The food was delicious especially the South Indian Thali, Masala Dosa, Idli etc

Mysore masala dosa from Sagar ratna is always my first choice for breakfast. The quantity of sambhar is good and very delicious.

"Had a terrible experience at Sagar Ratna, Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar. Ordered rawa dosa, but it was burnt 😒. Service was super slow, and staff seemed lazy. When we pointed out the issues, they just casually said sorry, no apology or concern for their mistakes. Usually, Sagar Ratna is a go-to for South Indian food, but this outlet was a major letdown. With so many other food options available, I'd suggest skipping this one. Maybe try their other outlets, but Pacific Mall isn't worth it."

This used to be a good place. Lately, service has been very poor, food average and ambience poor. My starters were delivered after main course. The restaurant is under staffed it seems. Avoid north indian here; the place functions more like a dhaba, which reminds you of the good old sagar ratna. Surprising, how this brand has deteriorated so much.

Rude staff who couldn't manage to accommodate a little request in the order and continued to argue. The manager was also not interested in listening to the customer request. Horrible experience

For South Indian food it is good place , don’t try North Indian food. Chinese food is ok. Have patience for getting service .

Not worthy as compared to price paid, no spoon found in the packet, quantity given is comparatively lesser than price paid
