Had a great experience at Sagar Ratna. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, the AC was working perfectly, and the overall environment was very comfortable. The staff was polite and provided good service. I tried the Ghee Roast Masala Dosa, and it was really delicious and well-prepared. Overall, a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommended! 😊

Today we tasted Idli, Dosa and Cold Coffee at Sagar Ratna (Noida 104). Must say, the food was really delicious. Idli was soft and fresh, Dosa was crispy and perfectly spicy, and the cold coffee was a treat. Not just the food, the service was also really good and timely. Any South Indian food lover must visit here once. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Both the food and service at Sagar Ratna Noida 104 were excellent. The dosa, idli, and chutney were fresh and tasty. The staff was polite, and the service was timely. The overall experience was excellent—I would definitely recommend it to everyone. 👍

Hara bhara kebab- great taste ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seekh kebab- lacked flavour ⭐⭐ Madras Idli Fries - great taste but small portion size ⭐⭐⭐ Dal Makhni- good taste⭐⭐⭐1/2 service can be improved

Terrible dining experience. The AC didn't work, they couldn't even provide us fans so we could have some semblance of comfort. It was 43 Celsius that day. We weren't served water 20 minutes into our seating. Service was sad and poor and absolutely abysmal. The floor manager is inept and incapable of running this restaurant. Sagar Ratna has never been a particularly good brand and this experience made it significantly worse. The only reason I HAD to come here was because of my extended family's idiosyncratic requirements. The food was decent but certainly not worth the money they charge. Funnily enough, their North Indian food was good and the dosa and sambhar was terrible. Dunno how a South Indian food joint managed that. Honestly, I would rather slit my wrists than visit this flaming excuse of a dining joint. Will not repeat and cannot recommend to others.

I am a regular at your restaurant but this Friday I visited the restaurant and ate my regular dosa and now I am having diarrhoea. Something was stale either the chutneys or the dosa. This is not expected from a restaurant where I go every weekend to have dosa.

The dosa was very bad, tastes like some roadside dosa. The coconut chutney was very liquid. Dosa batter was too tangy. The aalo with inside filling was very big and not properly cooked
