The experience of eating at Sagar Ratna is always great. Today our experience was enhanced many folds by the hospitality of Mr Tufan Kumar. He also suggested Mysore Masala Dosa to me which was far better than the normal dosa…. This place is 100% recommended.

Tried this outlet in sec 69 for the 1st time. We came just like that, and ordered rasam (1/2) because of cold and then we also ordered jain rava masala dosa (you have to ask for it) and lemon rice. All tasted good, quickly served and there was not that much crowd, we visited on a weekday. And I topped it with filter coffee. Will definitely try them again

I visited sagar ratna for lunch and was seated near their glass walls. It got hot there in sometime and the ac was not very effective. The service was a bit slow when compared to their other outlets. Coming to food their dosas were very good and crispy but thali needs improvement. The rava kesari lacked the flavour we were seeking and cam be improved as have tasted netter versions in other outlets.

The restaurant is shame in the name of the chain. They served pathetic food, the sambhar was too tangy, the white chutney was salty, the red chutney was stale. When confronted with manager Ajay and his subordinate, both did not take the feedback well, rather gave reasons like they prepare food since morning and thus it might have gone bad in taste. If you are visiting this restaurant pls do not do that, it is waste of money and shame in the name of the chain. The chain should take strict action on these folks.
