The food and ambience are good. However, the staff now tends to ask for tips upfront after the removal of service charges, which can feel a bit uncomfortable and pushy. Just be aware of this when dining there.

It is way too expensive. 500 Rupees for a plate of idly just does not make sense. The food was good but the sambar had way too much salt

Rava they are using in Rava Dosa isn’t soft as it should be need to work on it. It’s hard.

The food quality is not good. I mentioned the same to the manager. The dosa had a lot of butter and the uttapam was so thick and uncooked

Very very very oily dosas. The potato masala was off taste. Expectation was that Sagar Ratna would provide good quality sitting inside hotel Ashoka. But very poor food quality.
