Pre pandemic times were simply amazing, one could just go out sit at a restaurant and enjoy a meal. I have started loving south indian food and sagar ratna does justice to it!

Ordered Dahi Vada, Rava Masala Dosa and plain dosa The curd in dahi vada was too sour, unlike sweet taste in other outlets. The potatoes in the masala of Rawa Masala were not mashed properly and there was no salt added. The plain dosa crust was just toooooo salty. Horrible feeling.

I went for dining at sagar Ratna Vasant square mall in 7 th December evening. Ordered North Indian food for which the waiter said it will be served in 15-20 minutes. After waiting for half an hour there was no sign of food . Waiter did not give any clear answers. Met the manger who said he will check and just disappeared in the kitchen. Did not show up again. We did wait for a while but no food was ready in sight. All along at least 10 takeaway orders were delivered. Sagar Ratna ruined my evening and I want to tell people planning dining at sagar Ratna Vasant Kunj should avoid it .

Ordered rava masala dosa, dahi vada and idli fried the curd in dahi vada was too sour, unlike sweet taste in other outlets. The potatoes in the rava masala were not mashed properly and there was no salt added. The idli fried was too soggy and salty. The staff could not accept my instructions and they were very rude they were not even listen to me, even the manager was not listen to me. Overall experience was very hilarious never visit again!!

The dosa was cold like it had been made hours ago. The kitchen could not accept my instructions to cook without onions. This is surprising as other outlets of Sagar Ratna always follow the instructions. Overall experience was poor.

We ordered 1 dosa and a combo of Idli and Vada, in our sambhar we literally found “A Fingernail”. Absolutely unhygienic and disgusting, I don’t think I will ever order from sagar ratna ever again!

Worst place, never go there, they're literally spoofing in the name of sagar ratna. The dosa was worst and service is pathetic.
