Good place to have food and drinks, very formal and nice ambience. I ordered chicken kohlapuri which was spicy and tasty along with garlic Naan which was well baked along with 1 + 1 Bacardi. Reasonable prices

The chicken quality was unacceptable. The servers are totally aloof. Have been going to Samarkand for 25 years but not anymore. Sad

Lack of professionalism . Restaurant refused to accept any zomato gold membership cards or any other cards though zomato is showing 10% discount. All the previous staff and managers are changed. No live music 😔 pathetic

Have visited this restaurant few times and experience has been good always. Food is delicious, atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable. Today for the first time at this place and overall I witnessed the worst service by any waiting staff. “Ramesh Chand” name of the waiter , the most un professional, misbehaving and most noticeably the most aggressive hospitality service staff I witnessed today. Most arrogant and unprofessional and upon complaining , he still was misbehaving and the manager did not take any action. Such individuals spoil built name of the place, customer experience and do not deserve to be in hospitality industry This particular waiter ‘Ramesh Chand’ spoilt the whole essence of this nice place.

The experience was disappointing. While some dishes were quite good, others lacked flavor. I've been using Zomato for five years, and I’ve never encountered anything like this before. It seems this restaurant has a different menu for Zomato users, with prices 20% higher and a 10% service charge, effectively making it 30% more expensive. Meanwhile, the direct menu was 20% cheaper with no service charge. In essence, it felt like Zomato was misleading customers. attached menu for reference pfa

staff too much rude , this type of staff behavior is not to good for family...too much argument & rude behave by staff...very shameless & disgusting behavior by a restaurant staff...

samarkand resto is not allowing to pay using app if there rewards are being added. also upi rupay card 15% was disabled for them. I feel cheated.
