5/5 ⭐ - Lived up to the hype! Went in for a Sunday afternoon meal and honestly, Sambar Ritual didn’t disappoint. There was a 20-min wait even on a weekday-adjacent Sunday, which tells you something about how popular this place is. Visited with family and everyone loved the food. We ordered the Mysore dosa, Rawa Mysore masala dosa, and Benne ghee roast dosa, all three were fantastic, each with its own distinct flavor. Ended the meal with the Filter Coffee Swirl ice cream, which was a delicious twist on the classic filter coffee taste. What really stood out was the service, the staff were so thoughtful that they reimbursed our valet parking because of the long wait. That kind of gesture makes a huge difference. Already planning a repeat visit before I head back. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic South Indian food!

Butter Masala Dosa was top notch. Thatte Idli and Butter plain dosa were average. Payassam was beyond amazing. Attentive service staff and co-operative. I would recommend this place for those who are fond of eating authentic south indian food.
