Absolutely loved our lunch at Sampan, The Suryaa Hotel. The Asian spread was top-notch—fresh sushi, flavourful gyoza, crispy golden fried prawns, perfectly cooked charred salmon, rich Thai curry, and spicy mountain chilli chicken. The highlight dessert was almond darsan with coconut ice cream—light, balanced, and delicious. Service deserves a special shoutout. Abhinav was courteous, attentive, and made the experience seamless. Sushi Chef Budha did a fantastic job—the sushi was fresh, well-balanced, and beautifully done. Great food, great service, and consistent quality. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the mood for refined Asian cuisine.

Indulge in the pan Asian cuisine expertly curated at Sampan @the_suryaa With mouth watering delicacies of Pan Asia, this festival has got all the flavours under one roof. The chef curated a special menu for this festival, which is till 28th Sept. We had spring rolls, chicken dim sums, Red snapper, the show stopper-Nasi Goreng and prawn in mango curry. Sumptuous chicken in Redang curry with sticky rice. Our gourmet experience couldn't have ended any better without tasting their homemade coconut ice cream and, of course, old school jasmine tea, which was spot on. Special mocktail- Fly to Thailand, is a must try!

Sampan is absolutely superb. I have been there many times in the past and on certain days, they would have a live music band playing and you could request the band to play the music of your choice. A bit expensive on the pocket but nothing missing on the food or the experience of being there.

Sampan is one of my fav dining spots. It is elegant and sophisticated with great views and superb service. The food is delicious with melodious live music. The entire team especially Sanjeev, Rohit and Rajeev make you feel so special...keep up the good work!

We love the food and ambience with excellent service. We have been a regular here and the Thai festival took the cake. Sashi gives excellent service and hospitality. Chef Mehra and Chef Lal are amazing and add this place to the must visit place for great food.

Outstanding experience. Excellent food quality, well-trained servers, luxurious retro interiors, beautiful night views of the city - everything was perfect. Their special coconut ice cream is a must have in the end.
